Human Capital is one of a series of books on amusement park operation first published in Iran by Ghahramanan Amusement Park. It is a comprehensive resource that introduces amusement park staff to hospitality and the working environment of a park.
Theme parks and amusement parks around the world use a range of resources and books to train their staff. This reflects the importance of people in creating an engaging environment and welcoming guests appropriately.
