Issuance of the First License for a Cultural and Creative Industries Institute in Khorasan Razavi

The first license for a Cultural and Creative Industries Institute has been issued in Khorasan Razavi, positioning the province as a pioneer in developing the ecosystem of cultural and creative industries among all provinces in the country.

According to Honar Mashhad, for the first time, the license to establish a "Cultural and Creative Industries Institute" in the provinces has been granted by the General Directorate of Associations, Organizations, and Cultural Activities of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance to Khorasan Razavi.

This license was issued to the institute "Tajrobeh Mian Marz Seraj" under the directorship of Mohsen Seraji.

The institute aims to expand innovative cultural, artistic, and technology-driven activities at both the provincial and national levels.

Its authorized activities include:

• Operating small-scale cultural industries workshops,
• Launching home-based cultural industries businesses,
• Offering cultural products through digital platforms,
• Participating in national and international markets,
• Working in the field of packaging and market development for cultural industries,
  all in line with fostering the creative economy.

The issuance of this license marks a significant step toward realizing a cultural economy and unlocking the cultural and artistic potential of Khorasan Razavi.
