Making Head Bust Statues of National Celebrities Is a Specialty

My managerial experience in honoring national celebrities at the Mashhad Municipality Artists' House was a very enjoyable but difficult experience because I think the process of ordering celebrities’ head bust is like walking on a razor's edge. My main concerns in this experience has been: Who should we choose to build among all these great and national celebrities for the atmosphere of the city or with which technique and material should the head bust be built, and most importantly, to what extent should it match the original model? As an art director, we need to know to whom we order the head bust, because not every sculptor has the ability to make head bust, and this ability, in my opinion, is a super specialty and has nothing to do with any other specialty of an artist.
