Concept and Overall Design

This project is designed with a modern and minimalist approach, aiming to create a smart connection between nature and technology. The dominant use of white and gray in both the exterior and interior of the building creates a sense of simplicity and cleanliness, ensuring visual harmony between the structure and the surrounding park. This approach helps create a calm and balanced atmosphere, which is particularly important for users of the innovation and environmental space. Complementary colors such as green (symbolizing nature and sustainability), yellow (representing solar energy and brightness), and blue (symbolizing technology and water) add depth and dynamism to the design, giving the building a distinct identity.

Organic Forms and Environmental Functionality

In the design of the exterior landscape and seating areas, organic forms inspired by the “pulse of the environment” have been used. These forms are strategically placed in open spaces and emphasize the connection between humans and nature, fostering a sense of vitality and interaction with the environment. This approach is related to biophilic architecture principles, which promote improved mental and physical health through connection with nature.

Sustainable Energy Systems and Interactive Elements

One of the project’s highlights is the “energy tree,” symbolizing the synergy between technology and nature. This tree, designed with branches equipped with photovoltaic panels, collects solar energy and is used for charging electronic devices. In addition to providing clean energy, this system promotes the use of renewable energy and raises user awareness about environmental sustainability. The design of the energy tree serves both a functional purpose and as an artistic element in the outdoor space.

Functional Spaces and Spatial Dynamics

Lobby and Waiting Area: Serving as the central welcoming point for visitors, this space use materials such as exposed concrete and recycled wood, conveying a sense of sustainability and modernity. Smart natural and artificial lighting is used to reduce energy consumption.

Research and Development (R&D) Offices: These workspaces are designed to be open and flexible, allowing research and innovation teams to collaborate closely and develop environmental and technological projects. The offices use eco-friendly materials and smart technologies to optimize energy use and improve indoor air quality.

Management Office: This space is designed to utilize smart environmental control technologies, including energy recovery ventilation systems and smart lighting control.

Co-working Spaces: This section is designed with high flexibility for various users. Modular furniture and smart space management systems allow users to benefit from the space with minimal energy consumption.

Conference and Meeting Rooms: Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, such as video conferencing systems and smart audio-visual equipment, this room is intended as a space for idea exchange and strategic meetings.

Terrace and Rooftop Garden: The green roof and surrounding terraces not only reduce ambient heat and energy consumption but also provide spaces for rest and connection with nature. This approach helps mitigate the urban heat island effect and improve natural ventilation.

Innovation Exhibition and Presentation

A multifunctional stand is designed to display ideas, models, and environmental projects. This stand is equipped with interactive technologies and multimedia systems, providing a space for specialized presentations and education. The use of low-energy display screens reinforces the sustainable approach in presenting and sharing information.

Sustainability and Innovation

This project, leveraging modern and sustainable technologies, exemplifies a successful balance between humans, technology, and nature. With the use of smart energy management systems, natural lighting, eco-friendly materials, and extensive green spaces, this building serves as an inspiring and sustainable innovation center.

Location

This project is located in Mashhad’s Mellat Park and will be recognized as a symbol of the fusion of modern architecture with the natural environment of this historic park.
