Bowling: An Entertainment and Sport for Everyone

Bowling is both a fun activity and a sport. Most people perceive sports like bowling to be exclusive to the upper class, and therefore, they never consider trying it out. However, the reality is quite different. With a reasonable expense, one can enjoy this great sport and recreation.

Bowling Paradise, Champions Park

Bowling Paradise, Champions Park, the largest bowling complex in Mashhad and one of the most modern bowling centers in Iran, is located in Champions Park, Mashhad. It was inaugurated and launched in 2023.

History of Bowling in Iran

In Iran, the first bowling alley was established in 1956 in Saadat Abad with 12 non-standard lanes. Since this bowling alley was non-automatic, an individual called a “pin boy” would collect and set up the pins. After years, in the 1990s, Iran, with its active participation in bowling competitions, was able to elevate its position in this sport. Since 2003, with the help of the private sector and the Bowling Federation, numerous clubs have been established and started operating, and gradually this sport has found its own fans in Iran.

Bowling Paradise Design

For the Bowling Paradise complex, inspired by the overall concept of the complex, which is based on parallel worlds and the aurora borealis, we designed the lighting, furniture, and a dedicated counter.

Features of Bowling Paradise

• This complex includes 10 game lanes (two VIP lanes) which are illuminated by 5 projectors and also 10 monitors are installed in front of the players to display game information.
• Information and promotional materials for this section are provided using 3D mapping projectors, which is one of the newest and most attractive tools for information dissemination and advertising.
• Placing a coffee shop near the bowling complex for the use of the coffee shop while people are waiting in line for bowling or after their physical activity in this section was considered by our designers to ensure the satisfaction of the guests.
• The total area of the bowling section of the Bowling Paradise complex is 600 square meters.
